Clearview xxl windshield, my suggestion for the seat is come to a CVO get together and throw a leg over a few or just query in our search for seats. Lowers are a must have , again look thru the individual threads by the searches. Handlebars, get them a little closer to you. I'm 6-4" so I know a little bit about making my scoot comfy for me.............................................................Fuzznuts :coolblue:

Consider highway pegs.

6'3" here... I've kept the stock shield, put Wild 1 0515 10" mini apes, which improved hand position, but haven't decided on a seat yet. Stock wasn't too bad, but loooking for the perfect solution is tough. As mention above, if you can hook up with some others to try what they have, that is the best solution.

I'm 6'3" and have the stock seat.  I had memory foam added but that made wrinkles in the seat so I removed it.  Took it to the local upholstery shop and now it's fine.  The stock foam isn't very good.
I had a standard height HD clear but it wasn't tall enough.  I then got the HD tall clear but I got some head buffetting.  I now have a shaded Cee Bailey and  that's a keeper.  Like most guys, you'll probably go through some parts before you get it dialed in.

I have an '08 FLTRI and am 6'4" also,  I changed to the Sundowner seat, Wild One 515 bars, a Clearview +2" shield, and floorboard extenders.  Fits like a glove.  Oh yeah - add some highway pegs that you can adjust  so you can stretch out on long hauls.

FWIW, I added the soft lowers, and it cut the turbulence WAY down.

I have an 09serg. I use a custom Russell Day-Long seat Clearview shield, lowers was a real challenge as I wanted the HD vented lowers which help with the turbulence. I needed to change faring brackets to the 2010 part and the inner faring pod needs also to be changed because of the new angle on the 2010. Changed the bars to the 2010 2 inch may need to go further  changed to Works shocks ( 13 inch ) with front end Mono tube( progressive). Starting to settle down and riding. Shout back if you need any additional info

I doubt you'll find consensus, but I like the HD angled highway peg assembly.  I'm only 5'8", but these pegs are adjustable in every direction, so you can actually get them further forward than the simple clamps will allow.  I have the long angled version, but they have a short angles version as well.  It all really depends on how long your legs are compared to your trunk.  I know 6'4" guys with 32" inseams, and some with 36" inseams, so fitting a bike to you is not just about overall height...leg length, arm length, how you normally sit in the saddle, etc, etc, etc.  But, the angled pegs will allow you to put them wherever they need to be.

I suppose that consensus is the wrong term.  I've just found that if several of the members here agree on something, it's usually a good product.
Thanks for the input.

Assuming he last question relates to a SERG for a tall rider, the Serg has one inch shorter springs, front and rear, than the Ultras.

I got the long-armed adjustable HD peg mounts, and swapped my rear pegs out for floorboards and used the pegs up front.
