passing lamps

does anyone know the part number for the passing lamps for the 03 serk. the ones in the catalog all have the turn signals attached. thanx

Hey Neal what type of bracket did WFP have on his scoot? You know the one that mounts with the 2 nacelle bolts on the side of the tin.Because thats a cleaner option in my eyes.I think it was Kuryakyn.

thats an HD unit first used on SEEGs in 04 pricey as all hell though

Shaped by the wind, these Custom Passing Lamp Brackets blend into the curving contours of the Road King® nacelle or the Electra Glide® fairing. The chrome-plated brackets serve as stylized mounting points for the passing lamp housings and available bullet style turn signals, adding a smooth look that eliminates the cross brace and flat side supports of the Original Equipment installation. Kit includes passing lamp housings, chrome mounting brackets and hardware. Installation requires the re-use of Original Equipment sealed beam lamps and retaining rings. Bullet Turn Signal Kits sold separately.

Fits '97-later FLHT models and '04-later FLHRS models. '94-later Road King models equipped with windshield require separate purchase of Hardware Kit P/N 69235-04. Added the newer versions to my SERK, will get some pics this weekend on the CVO group run. The SERK passing lamp kit did not include the relocation kit for the turn signals, but nearly all I've see went that route when doing the install. I do have the original take off set available if someone here is looking for a set with the turn signals relocated as well.

After seeing Spiderman's SE brackets w/ turn signals relocated, I knew that was the way to go and did the same.  Very glad I did.  It looks most cool.

Hopefully the fariing will fit with the newer passing lamp brackets, did you check that yet ? I'm leaning towards a fairing, but want to wait a bit, as in post-taxes depression  :)

Sorry about the taxes.  My first year for good news after 6 years of paying.  Love those 401K's, best place to hide money...
The fairing will mount in the same exact spot that is occupied by the rubber gromets for the detatchable windshield.  I just have to remove them and slap on the fairing.  Naitram has the same exact fairing, already on, and it fits too.

          Neil mentioned that his fairing vibrates a bit. I believe I told you at lunch that the Hoppe unit I have does as well. You say above you are removing the rubber grommets. I hope you're not going to mount the fairing without any type of vibration islolater. The holes in the brkts will be egged out in no time if you don't, maybe even propagating a crack into the brkt. Not trying to piss in your cornflakes, rather I figured I'd mention it and if it is a non starter, no harm, no foul. If you agree then you can use some faucet washers or something to isolate.

While at Laughlin last weekend I visited the vendor selling the flhrsei2 fairing. In fact he was installin gone on a 2003.  Although it plugged into the exisiting grommets for the windscreen, and was also attached by 4 bolts.  Don't know if this helps or further confuses. Dragonfly was the vendor
