01 SERG LED Light problem

The right side of my LED lights on the rear turn signal bar is out.
The brake light portion works fine.
Are the lights replacable or do I need to get a new turn signal bar?
Could it be just a dirty connection since the brake light works?

It maybe a broken solder point on the board... but from what I recall it isn't serviceable.... though I have seen the lens fall off of one once... :soapbox:
