2001 screamin eagle mufflers...(plug removal)

its been years since I did this to my bike... There are 2 plugs  in the muffler if you remove the shark fin.. one is blocked, the other is open.. I thought there was a round plate partially blocking the open hole, and removing that was a upgrade(so to speak)..

Or am I confused , the (upgrade ) is removing the blocked off hole...
Pic would be cool.. I thought this was discussed and pics posted. but I could not find the thread!

There are 2 holes one is pluged with what looks like a freeze plug hammer and a long screwdriver it knocks out fairly easy a little louder and has to flow better.
