Buried the gage last weekend and was still pulling.  V&H HO Slip on's with dresser duals; PCV w/ auto tune, and S&S gear driven cam drive.  My kid pulled up next to me on his Ninja and just laughed :2vrolijk_21:

120mph seems very fast on a Harley but I guess going fast is a relative term. That same speed seems uninspiring in my new convertable sports car.

right you are.

Many cars are "deregulated" at 160 mph. At least in Germany that's not a spectacular speed on Autobahn, but 200 mph on a country road is  ...

No doubt! I wish I could drive my new(used) car over there. I just picked up an 07 Bentley Continental GTC and it is NOT "deregulated". They say it will go into the 190s' with the top down. :bananarock:

 I have an unconfirmed report that my SERGU went 125mph. I had an out-of-body experience at the time at Starbucks having coffee and was told this when I got back to myself. ???

BTW, this thread gets my vote as "Most Entertaining Thread of the Year" !!! If only the top-end guys would realize that Harleys offer the most FUN from about 30 MPH to 80... that's why the Good Lord gave us so much V-Twin TORQUE, as opposed to 11,000 RPM HP like the crotch rockets. It's a different thrill... and if I have to explain, you wouldn't understand... :2vrolijk_21:

Not on a Harley, But SC Highway Patrol Vascared me at 158 on a 72 KZ900. Don't know if they were right, but Judge took my license for a year....... :oops:
