Do any other Panacea owners see this issue?

I have the following Kuryakyn p/ns installed:
4833 smoked laydown tailight plus the included load balancer
4949 rear turn signals
4825 front turn signals plus load balancer in parallel with main one

WFP, I have never had that or any of the listed problems you described.  Here is what Kuryakyn parts I have installed on my bike:

4833 Smoked laydown tailight plus the included load balancer
4825 Front turn signals
4449 Rear turn signals

4857 Alarm Compatible Load Equalizer also installed.   Do you have this part?

When I was installing my Smoked laydown tailight, I had a few questions.  I called Kuryakyn Tech Support @ (866)-277-9598 and spoke with a guy by the name of Pete.  He was very helpful and gave me all the right info I needed.  Try giving them a call and let me know if it helped.

My tach is a Speedo/Tach Combination that I had changed to after installing a Dragonfly Front Fairing on my 2003 SE RK. The tach was mounted outboard of the handlebar hold-down bracket so it had to go, or stay and be covered. (My original tach was fine, and I got $375.00 for it on eBay). The amount of lighting, additional electronics, etc that is always running is similar, if not greater than any factory set-up like a SEEG. Sounds to me like a conection point. Check out the sending unit lead to tach. Usually pink, but don't take my word on that... Could have corrosion or could be loose. Just a thought.
