I gotta say, for me, this is probably my favorite so far -- really cool.  You can still hear Elvis, Buck Owens and Johnny Cash on the juke box. THNX !!!

wish I knew more about the building.  No doubt it's been vacant 30 years or more.  There's still a phone# on the sign to call for rental information.  Thought about calling......  :oops: :huepfenlol2:

VA RT 231 (the OLD Blue Ridge pkwy) south of Sperryville about 7 miles.  This was likely an one stop country store, post office, diner, etc.  Fantastic location.  Wish I had the bux to buy it !!!!! DOOF
