great bike with reliable motor. these were the original street glide. lose the bag rails bike will look better. how may miles are on it?

I gotta admit that those bag rails make like bike look old and covers those great lines of the seeg. Lose those and enjoy it. You made a great decision on that bike

Fortunately the rails are just bolt ons though.  No holes drilled nor anything else ugly done to mount them.

Nice bike, switch out the bag surrounds for stock guards and it will look better.

Thanx for all the congrats and ideas.....  I think i will leave her just the way she is for now! i also have a heritage that is completely custom and its my tinker toy! this one is just to take me & mama riding in style !

btw.  mileage is 19400 , also has lots of extras, air horn, panacea lights, leds, 3 different back rests, hog tunes etc...  i feel like i stole this bike @ 16k !

Nice bike, but none of us are biased in any manner.....btw, consider replacing the rails with the lower profile ones...I bought a set, haven't installed them yet, still in the box.  Not sure I want to hide the bags and nice striping/paint job......I have 31K miles, planning a trip to Niagara Falls, Canada, and Michigan in July......
