2001 progressive fork lowering springs

I installed the progressive lowering springs this evening.  I installed both one inch springs which lowers the front end 2 inches along with the progressive springs.  The distance between the top of the fender and the bottom of the fork brace is around 3 inches.   Has anyone else installed the 2 ich lowering springs.  If so does your fender hit the fork brace?
