G'day again to all, 2009/2010 CVO Fatbobo FXDFSE, hoping for your thoughts on a few topics;

Oils - sick of using the little quart bottles of SYN3 (HD SE) what is an excellent alternative that comes in a decent size?

Tire - want to replace the 180/70 16" with another tire, any suggestions/experience? Thinking 200/60 16" will it rub etc?

Cams - this one is know nothing about, what is the wildest best performance cam swap I can do that will still have OK fuel economy and rideability (I drag race a bit but also do some LONG trips)

Shift light - I would love a cheap way to install a smart looking shift light that can be set-up for drag racing (bike has a tacho fm factory)

Current - FYI the current mods on bike are SERTII computer, Bassani pro street straight cuts, MoFlow air kit. And it has been tuned/dyno'd a few times.

With a set of H-D pistons, head work, good pipe, t/body, and a set of Wood 9B cams, tuned correctly, that'll take care of your performance needs. :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21:

Our site is old, and should be updated, and then some. Won't argue that.
That said, the T/body would be a S/E 58mm, sent to Horsepower Inc., to be up-graded to their proprietary "Y" manifold.
Get the heads rolling off north of 185 cfm at .700 lift, set the compression at 11.0, with the Wood 9B's, S&S roller rockers, and a D&D Fatcat/BB baffle. Hold on!!

WOW, that does seem like  a hot set up. I did the kit from HD with 10.5:1 pistons, head work and the 2592 cam and do like it but the dealer did not reccomend a new t/b. It works fine for me but the set up above should be pretty aggressive. Please do post dyno numbers and riding impression when you get it done and broke in.

Hey Aussie or is it super glide! how u been? Whers's the pics of ur ride with the new pipes?

You know there's no reason why you cant have a set of heads done by our friends over the pond. I had a set done by Dewey that I had bought at Zanottis and sent to him for mods, Then sent on to me once tricked up. Sold my original heads on ebay later and covered the cost. With the dollar like it is, no time like now.  If you want to do this i've got the part numbers for the bare heads here somewhere.

Nice bike.
We just sent one of our custom built 124"s to the tuner, that we installed in a 2008 CVO Dyna.
S&S crank, Axtell cylinders.
The 110" heads were used, along with an HPI 62mm t/body, and a Wood 9F cam, Rhinehart 2/1.
Initial testing, not tuning, has shown 138/149 with it running right out of injector.
Tuner is correcting that at this point. ;D
Hope the owner keeps it pointed straight. :D
