Laughin my butt off readin some of the posts on this thread. Now any of you who've met me know that the only V in ole Big B is between the cylinders of his motor, and abs is a braking system - - - right ? And yet I've got a Screamin Eagle Leather jacket in 2XL and it fits very nicely thank you. AND best of all the zipper hasn't broke yet. Methinks some of you buy clothes like women buy shoes ( two sizes too small) Of course that's just my opinion and as you all know, I've got plenty of those    ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

None of the Harley leather jackets fit me...the mesh jacket I have fits fine, as do the rain jackets, but the leather stuff is not built for me at present weight of about 15 lbs too much.  If I get it to fit my hips the sleeves are waaaaay too long, and the thing is falling off my shoulders.  I'd love a SE jacket, but I guess I'll have to build my own of sorts.

I doubt any of mine (XL) will fit that good now that I lost weight, at least my aero is a large and still fits well.

I need to get on the NS Rog...I'm about to quit a nasty habit (smoking), so will probably gain a few more, then get it all off when the dust settles.  I'm so dumb, I quit smoking for nearly 14 years...not one puff...then picked one up in a bar one night after my divorce and it was like I never stopped.  Disgusting habit, and I kick myself everytime I light up, but it's a powerful drug.

This time next year, maybe I'll be able to get my waist to go down a bit.  160lbs would be my ideal weight, and I'm at about 180 now, with 15 of it around my mid section.

I hear you.  Just bought some 36 waste pants, they fit as well as the 38's did when I started this but will fit properly in about 5#'s I guess.  Don't even look at a weight chart.  That'll twist you up.  Anyway, I go on my trip, which was an interim goal point for me, on May 23 and I hope to be at least down to 210 by then. By Nelson I am shooting for 200.  That gives me roughly 90 days to drop another 15#'s.  Very doable.

Good luck on the smoking deal, I know its rough. :2vrolijk_21:

I looked at the new SE leather jacket and it's not as thick (hide-wise) as the older one.  I have the older one and love it.  It fits great, feels great and believe it or not in almost 80 degree weather, with the vents open, it still feels great.  I wasn't dying inside like I thought I would.

Cheers :2vrolijk_21:,

Q,
That's what I'm thinking also. It would probably fit one of us better and because we like him, and don't want him wearing clothes that don't fit I'm sure one of us wouldn't mind being the beneficiary of his to big clothes. ;) I mean we are site Bro's and we supposed to look out for one another. :huepfenlol2:
