Kyle Busch at Darlington
« on: May 08, 2011, 11:13:29 AM »

Kyle Busch hit an all time low at Darlington not only did he take Harvick out for absolutely no reason he just about injured Harvick and wrecked his car even more trying to avoid him at the end. Even a little girly fella like Jeff Gordon will step up to the plate when somebody calls him out and Harvick ain't no big guy himself. Kyle did what Kyle does best, he was tough inside the protection of his car but when Harvick threatened that security just a little he played the wimp, in fact it was the wimpiest thing I have seen to date in all sports. Kyle Busch fits in Nascar about as good as Toyota, I guess that is why they are together, so much for the "man's sport"  :-[

I could not have said it better. I have always thought Kyle is a wimp. That was the most pathetic thing I have ever seen from a race car driver, and it will be shown over and over for many years to come. Go to any race he is in and you can see most people (including drivers) do NOT like the boy. Like you said  --  he is only a "tough guy" when he has a helmet on and is inside of the cage.

Too bad they didn't show Harvick bumping and rubbing Bush as many times as they showed Bush clipping Harvick. To each his own. Bud Moore said on SPEED during an interview, of all the drivers out there Kyle Bush is the one he would want in his car. Bud said Kyle is the next Dale Sr.
I don't think Kyle is a fighter but, he's a hell of a race car driver.

I guess Bud Moore and Rick Hendrick did not think the same about Kyle or he would still be in a Chevy. He may be the next Dale Sr.  ---  but we all know where he is.  Even M&M's warned Mr. Busch.   Sponsors like to see their car's win  --  but they do not like the attitude boy wonder has had in the past.

Next Dale Sr?.. behind the wheel yes...
Everywhere else? not a chance, he is bad for the sport, he is a wimp in a mans sport.
This is a mans sport that grew a fan base when Dale Sr. showed people that he could bail hay on the weekend go hunting and head to the track where he not only moved people out of the way but he stood up to them like a man.
Also Harvick may have rubbed Kyle here and ther but Kyle pulled the major idiot move and rubbed him right out, couldn't just race him hard... Stick up for Kyle all you want "to each his own", my opinion is that Kyle is a piece of S#&T... just sayin.

Not asking anyone to like him! Don't GAS if you do or don't. Just remember, the press shows what THEY want, not always the whole story. As for Jr., he needs to step it up. He can't ride Sr's. coat tails forever.
As for Hendrick canning Kyle for Jr., it was all about the money, not talent!

well said mikey!! nascar leaks info as they see fit. its no secret no one likes kyle busch! he is not a good representative of sport, but he sure can drive a race car.Dale sr, was one good driver also but in the younger part of his career he to was booed much like Kyle B. Nascar made us believe Dale Sr, was superman and he was in a lot of ways but nascar made it an easy road BECAUSE he sold tix. if you think it does not happen get as close to racing as i have been and you can figure out pretty fast without any help. the party at Darlington will help to sell tix and raise one drivers status and lower the others. as racing goes all 43 drivers out there are dang good drivers it boils down to equipment and sponsorship to be in contention week in and week out. and the pool boy told me some other things but i promised not to tell ;D  did not post this to start a fight but if it does so be it. but i am not taking my helmet off. no way!

Dan, like you said, some of us have been there in the middle of the fray back in the 80's before all the big money ruined the sport and took away the fun. I' glad I got out when I did. Enjoyed my time there but glad I got out. Too many corporate stooges now.

I can't stand it when people say what a great man Dale Sr. was.  He was a low-life scumbag!  What kind of a man would let another man adopt his son because he wanted to go racing.  He made it clear his son was not his priority.  As far as his abilities on the track, it doesn't make you a great racer to wait until the last lap and then wreck the guy in front of you to take the win.  I saw him do it numerous times and all that the idiot Dale fans would say is,"he just wanted it more."   Whata bunch of crap.

I am not really a nascar watcher do not know much about it but there are different teams with different crews, different drivers and who knows for sure how much for show/ratings/cash flow. Is great to live in a country where we can all watch, agree or disagree and still be friends at the end of the day. I might try and get some of you to teach me about going fast and turning left.
