I don't know but I imaging it runs on the last saved map you loaded into it.

 8) 8) 8)

If you reguarly allow the autotune to save the trims settings it will run with them, if not ti will revert back to the saved map.

I have done nothing other than install the auto tune & enable pcv to accept it . Does that mean it has changed the basic map or not Thanks Butch

 ::) ::) ::)

The autotune will adjust the map within the given parameters initially set (normally 20%).  However, if the autotune is "disabled" or "turned off" without saving the "adjusted trims", the PCV will revert to the stored map originally installed.  If the original map installed was a very good one very few "trim" adjustments are significant and turning off the autotune should not hamper the bikes ability to run well.

Hope this helps.

 ;) ;)

Tha's what I understand.  You can run the PC V without any sensors, narrow or wb.

Never tried it though.

Just curious, why would you want to run without the auto tune feature?

The autotune is an extra $350.  But if you have it , I would use it.

That's my point; if you have it, use it.  I think it's why you go with the PCV unit over many others.  Without it, you could go a lot cheaper direction with similar results.

When you get it dialed in with auto tune.unplug it and it will operate off of the last map you flashed.
If the bike is dialed in.remove the sensors from the pipes,plug them,and don't stick them back in untill your ready to retune again for some reason.
