This was an interesting tree...a Cyprus that has all the dirt washed out from under the root ball, but is still hanging in there.

Thanks for the great pics TC.....you seem to know just how to capture the moods of a great GTG (esp. for those of us unfortunate souls that didn't make it.)  What a great crowd and effort put forth to make for a comfortable time......Who got the honor of cleaning that monster grill up?  :-\  har.   spyder

Just got home, diesel did absolutely nothing but make it sputter for a few seconds after it was replaced with gas.  I've got almost 1,000 miles on it since Saturday.  The consensus is that I'll need a new fuel filter but that's part of the next service interval.  The way I figure, the bike only ran for about 20 seconds.  I only tried the starter a couple seconds after it stalled.  My guess is, not more than a 1/4 c of diesel made into the filter and was quickly replaced.  When we replaced the fuel we had the plugs out and ran the starter until we could smell gas then put the plugs back in and fired it up.  It took a couple tries to keep it running then purred like normal within a few seconds when the diesel was purged.   :oops:
