Stage II Upgrade Advice on 2010.5 SEUC

I currently have X-pipe, 1.75 cores, Big Sucker A/C & TTS. 
Current HP= 99.93 & TQ= 113.42.
What does it entail to go to a stage II and what has worked best for those of you with a 110.
If possible, I'd like to retain my MPG but that’s not a deal breaker.
Increase HP & TQ.
Any other suggestions appreciated.
