acr valve blow out

i was coming back from the texas motorplex two weeks ago 100 miles from home stopped bike. when tried to start it it blowed the acr valve out. thought i would see if anybody else has had this. 30000 miles on a flhtcuse4.

I think I remember Hoist having one blow out 2 or 3 years ago on his '07 FLHRSE3. I think he had the holes welded shut and went to manual compression releases...  :(

There have been more than a few reports of loose ACR's, and a few that actually blew out.  So you don't have something new or unique.  If the head isn't damaged and the ACR is OK, screw it back in and torque it properly this time.  Might want to check the other one also.
