V&H doesn't sell the ECC in the states. Is there a vendor there that may sell these and have them drop shipped here in the states rather than have to ship them twice?
Also, what did you use to lower your CVO?
Thanks again, Scott

You could try Motospeed here in Sweden, then there ought to be a couple of good vendors in Germany to. I used HD:s lower shocks, they are exactly the same like the ones on the StreetGlide. Its kind of weird that V&H wont sell the EC pipes in the US, marketing strategies is something that i never will understand  :o. Good Luck on getting the pipes. :)

Hey Totgate, you've moved to the top of the heap with that beauty!  Congrats.  Pipes look great...how do they sound?  spyder

Thanks. Like i said before, they sound the way YOU want them to sound. You can very easyily dial in the sound and backpressure that you want. Its an exellent product. :2vrolijk_21:

Congratulations on the new pipes... they look tough!  Did you do anything to the front end (e.g. new tuner)?  Can you tell a performance difference?

Cheers!  Ziploc

P.S.  That is one hell of a license plate they make you put on there!   :confused5:

Totgate,

I am seriously considering your exhaust for my new Big Blue 2011.5 coming to Australia next month...

I like the look, of how the mufflers fill in under the boxes and down the sides..

Can you please post a picture of the OTHER side of your bike??????

Thank you, from Australia, Cowboy.... :2vrolijk_21:

Yup, thats a really "nice" license plate, there is a500$ fine if you change it for something else. I didnt need to do any remapping since the afr is perfect throughout the rpm range. My bike tuned itself to the new mufflers. I have my own equipment to read and log everything that goes on while your riding. The runs smoother and cooler. It feels like it has gained some more punch but that could be me... I will put it on my dyno when it has some more miles on it.

She's a beauty! The pictures don't really do that paint much justice though. The paint is really great in person -especially out in the sun like that!  8)

I just noticed the silver cover thing on the side of the TourPak light. Is that something you added, or is it something that's required by law where you live?

You are correct. We are not allowed to have any red lights on the side on bikes so there are diamondcut covers over the LEDs. They are still underneath though, i removed the covers and there they where.

Hi.

The bike is dragging the floorboards first, then the end of the pipes, they do also touch a little bit earlier on my bike since i turned the endcaps up side down. I have noticed it since i lowered the bike 3/4" but you still really needs to go uncomfortably fast in to the turns to get the bike to touch anything to the ground. The groundclearance is surprisingly good, much better than on my old StreetGlide and very good for this type of bike. :)

PS: When i really need to scare myself now and then i take my BMW HP2 Sport for a spin on some backroads.. ;) ;D

Awsome looking ride! So you're a BMW kinda guy too eh... Good choices!  :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21:

I love BMW boxers, they have so much character and are so smooth. My favourite bike is actually my BMW R1200 GS adventure. A fantastic piece of engineering. There is almost nothing you cant do with that bike. The HP2 though is awsome, all that carbonfiber and rare metals :2vrolijk_21:

PS: Of course my CVO is up there too... ;) :)
