They look fantastic, and sound great and the power is really there too.  My husband has them on his bike.  The only complaint, and it is minor, is that when he rides with his military uniform on - (ACUs), the pants are baggy and burn a little on the right leg.  Barely noticable on the pants themselves, but the pipe needs to be cleaned. He has no problem when wearing jeans.  [smiley=cherry.gif]  Nice pictures.

Candy I have a similar complaint only mine was with boot heel. When I have saddled up from left side, my right boot heel has caught the shield a couple times making a nasty black streak on my pretty new exhaust. Solution: mount from right side!

Came by house at lunch and snapped a few pics of ghost pipe mounts. It basically bolts up as stock header. Nice and tight, can't tell by lookin that she has a falsie on, when she's running you can. See Ya and God Bless!

Jay,

Here is a link yo D&D website, Click on Video Clip above the picture of the bike and crank up tour speakers. Gives you an idea how they sound, of course nothing like hearing in person!

JR,
Thanks for the close-up photo's. How/what can you tell when it's running that it's a falsie? Not that it makes a difference because the look is what matters. Also I like your license plate. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Thanks d00d, got the new tag this week. When it's running you only hear out of one side. Also has a little different sound, kinda nice though when you want to talk to another rider. Put him on your left side! Also talk to wifey on that side, makes things easier. ;D See Ya, God Bless!

Thanks JR...sounds good. My requirement is that they sound good at idle, acceleration and cruising speed. My goal is to find a exhaust system that doesn't beat up my (or my passengers) eardrums at cruising speeds. I want to be able to listen to the radio and be able to have my passenger hear me and vice versa. The added benefit of more low end torque is icing on the cake. Hopefully someone at CC will have them and I can hear how they sound. It sounds like you're happy with them and that's a big+ towards the purchase. Thanks again for your help!  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
