He replaced a hydraulic tappet ( don`t know whether this is the correct word = translater )
I will be able to pick it up at tuesday - perhaps .

I too have ugly noises within the 110. I happen to have the often talked about piston tapping rattle starting at 2500 rpm. Fuel Moto did the tear down now at 20K miles to find that there is little to no wear. The clearance is simply excessive from the factory and the ring end gap is double what it should be (parts never matched). Replacement jugs and pistons are $270 each. A set of Woods cams are being installed with woods lifters, cam chains and adjusters. all said about $1100. Should have complained more during the warranted period. Hopefully the new set measures within specs. First though keep an ear out for the compensator (time bomb and another noise source)....it will eventually explode due to poor engineering. :drink:

All seems to be ok since tuesday and 1200 km are more on the bike. now i should change the motor oil they said ( and the filter ) and then i will test the high rpms to 6200 whether all is really ok . Love this bike again .  :2vrolijk_21:
