You may have to go to: "Program ECM" when you get to that screen, go to the top where it says "Com port" and scroll down to a high lighted com port and select that. Your computer probably doesn't know what one to open.
if you have any other problems, contact TTS, they are very helpful. :2vrolijk_21:

Have you downloaded ALL the updates?  Mine would not "see" the right com port until I did that completely.

Steve also shipped out my stage  1 with 1.75 cores today.  :) Does anyone have any pointers for removing the stock exhaust header and crossover pipes and installing the x pipe ?  I know Steve sends the kit with instructions but as we all know there is nothing like suggestions and experience from someone that has done it already.

Thanks

Ira

Do what TC Terry stated as well as Mike and you will be fine.  I could even do it.     :cherry:

If the above suggestions do not work, you may be using a cable that did not come with the TTS unit. That happened to me. I thought I would just use a serial cable I had on hand and I kept getting that message. Finally got the one from TTS and it works great.

More specifically, you need to be sure to update the USB drivers.  And, as was mentioned, you need the proper cable.

got all hooked up today and i am rockin. the bike sounds great and rips!!

I needed to update my drivers. Alice from Fullsac walked me right through what was slowing me down. Also i could hear steve in the background offering help while he was working. You dont get this kind of service any more!!

if you are considering using Full Sac i HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them. the Bike sounds like deep and throaty, yet tatseful. and it makes a bunch more power! Seat of the pants instant improvement for a bargain. 2.25 baffles, x-pipe and TTS mastertune. the quality of the parts is outstanding.

Next up. black 10" yaffe monkeys. ill post pix soon. Thanks for the help all. RB

Yes, it did cool down the right side. I no longer have to worry about a "well done" right calf!  :o

But did the back seat rider notice that it was any cooler?  That's where my issue is.
