Saturday I took possession of a brand new CVO Road Glide Ultra, charcoal slate and black. I am very excited to see a forum dedicated to CVOs. Lots to read and learn. What is the first thing I should do?

First thing to do with your new ride.... Ride it!!

But then consider an aftermarket tuning device.  They come from the factory pretty lean.  A free flowing air filter, exhaust and a tune!

Welcome to the site from Tennessee! I agree with sadunbar, ride it! Put some miles on it while you are thinking about changes. Read some old posts. They do come pretty lean and will benefit from exhaust, tuner, high flow AC.
