As you are asking this question in the FLSTSE/FLSTSE2 forum, I will assume you are asking about the '10 model of that.  The answer is yes, just the front peg on the shifter.  they do make the shifter peg/lever for the rear for those that don't want to wear out the top of their left shoe.  After coming back to riding motorcycles from a 27 year hiatus, I bought my first Harley Heritage and it came stock with front/rear shift levers.  I learned on that and it just seemed natural.  Going to the '10 convertible I had to do a lot of research to find the lever number to order one.  If you like, I can locate that for you but think it is here on the forum already.  Definitely a plus I think and quite comfortable with this style of riding.  And it crosses right over to the '11 as well.  More chrome to shine but.................. Pork.

Porks right. The info is here somewhere. Just ask your HD parts guy to look up the parts for the FLSTSE shifter, Order them and put it on backwards! It decreases heel room somewhat and I have considered swapping the shifters on the shaft to see if it makes a difference but haven't had time yet as it is not very noticeable.

Harley makes the rear shifter shaft as such.  If you purchase the stock shifter shaft and put it on backwards, you will find that the allen bolt will be upside down (think about it) and may not be appealing.  But they do make the part you want.  I bought it and if it's important to you, could supply the number if I haven't already on this forum.   Pork.

Damn Porky!  I never noticed that!  I just ordered the same shifter that comes on the bike and used the chrome bolt on the "top" threaded hole and the basic bolt (I think it was the one originally on the bike) and used it from down under.  I looked up your post and the HD part # for the complete shifters is 34535-00B. Then you need all the mounting hardware and the actual toe/heel piece....

 Now I feel incomplete.... :'(
