Well, I may soon look into Progressive shocks and/or others, but I gotta put my two cents in about HD (air) shocks in general.
First of all, I bought one of those HD mini-air pumps that were made (with an pressure gauge) just for these delicate air shocks. Have any of you bothered to double-check your shock air pressure right after (thinking) that you pressured it up to what you wanted

Guess what.............You CANNOT UNSCREW THE DAMN VALVE STEM CONNECTOR fast enough to capture within 6-8 psi or more from what you wanted it to be. I have tried multiple times and can never get it unhooked fast enough. When you re-hook the pump/gauge, you will find the psi to be much lower than what you desired.
The only way I have found to get close to what you want is to go 7-10 psi ABOVE what you are after and then unhook as quickly as possible and then just MAYBE you might be half-way close to the desired psi.............WTF...........
Anyone else noticed this and/or has figured another solution.............
