I have a 2010 Harley Ultra CVO with the Zumo 660 (Version 4.2 Software is uploaded).  I purchased the Harley Navigation Interface Module and completed the install.  The radio tries to cut over by silencing the radio and the radio displays phone volume without any volume for directions coming through the speakers.  The radio returns to normal after the GPS direction voice command is complete.  I have tried in with the speaker button light on and off and the auxiliary switch on and off.  Please provide me some suggestions.

Make sure all the aux volumes on the gps are turned up.
When you see the radio switch over when the gps trys to talk hit the volume switch on the handlebar . It may take 3 or 4 tries as the gps talks pretty fast.

Also take your install instructions to the dealer to make sure there the up to date set and not the old version that does not work.

We made sure the volumes were up and played with the volume switch.  We put my 660 gps on a brand new 2011 CVO for sale at the local Harley dealership today and it worked good.  The Harley dealership owner is going to call someone at Harley to see if he can find information.  Appreciate any other suggestions.
