Vivianne and I are celebrating something special this week.  It has been 4 years since Vivianne became a United States Citizen!!  Came to America, learned english, learned our history, how our government works and did better on her citizenship test than I would have done.  She is so VERY PROUD of her new flag and Country.  I am proud too!!

Our government works as well as the people who serve it.  Unfortunately the government is sometimes run by "C" students.  I don't think any of us are going anywhere else, however. 

My favorite question this time of year:  "Do they have a 4th of July in England?" *
If not, what comes after the 3d?

Terrie and I spent our holiday down along the coast.

Here we are just south of Big Sur, the waterfall at the ocean.  Was great weather all weekend.  It's unusual to be able to ride the coast in a t-shirt (due to the usual fog) but this weekend was great. :2vrolijk_21:
