New to me Corbin Seat

Just got a Corbin Dual Tour Saddle for my wife's 09 Ultra Classic from the Road Glide Forum.  Seems it won't fit with the PC V fuel tuner, as the large connector hits the pan of the seat.
Anyone got this combo to work? Doesn't seem to be any room to relocate the connector for the Power Commander.   
The ECM seems to sit flush with the frame rails and no room to tuck the large connectors anywhere.  Do I need a tuner that does not reside on the bike?
