Had rain on and off all day on the Alpine Road.....we stopped at this gas station and shortly afterwards it filled up with.....BMWs...there was a European BMW Rally at Garmish over the weekend, they were every where!!!

i usually run my springer on Shell 100octane, but we dont have the racing fuel in Switzerland!  Glad 2 see you had a good trip. despite a lil Munich rain!

Castle Neuschwanstein creation of King Ludwig II.  He only lived six months after moving into the Castle....he was know as the Fairy - Tale King...

And this is the Castle Hohenschwangau built by Maximilian II, Ludwig II's father.  The Castle is just a short distance from Ludwig's Castle...

We are now in Swizterland...we traveled all day with Pam's niece who lives in Zurich, Pam's sister who lives in France and a family friend.  They all rode in a BMW car and I followed on the bike,  Got to ride solo through some outstanding curved up roads!!!  Some of the roads made the Dragon look tame!!!

This is a Monastary on the way to Luzern...
