Seriously, I did large commercial HVAC work for over 18 years (University/Hospital setting)...if anyone has ever seen what they used to call a "Swamp Cooler"...basically a square box with water trickling down three sides over a perforated medium, and a fan pulling air across the surface....it's the same principle. When the humidity is low and the temp is high (like the Southwest) these things will get a 10 to 15 degree drop in temp between incoming air temp and discharge air temp. So in theory, at least, this vest could make your nads draw up in the right conditions. Even here in the sultry, steamy South, there will be some benefit, at least while you're moving at a significant rate of speed 8-)

And like SEULTRA stated, there would be a direct corelation between square surface inches of beer belly and cooling/evaporative effect flowing off the back side of same...so, more beer [smiley=drink.gif] [smiley=drink.gif] [smiley=drink.gif] + wet vest + 80MPH = [smiley=cool26.gif]
