Not only am I new to this cite, I'm a new rider at the age of 52. I had a Mom that was admit about us not riding a motorcycle when I was going up and never really got into them until recently. I have been a car enthusiast for all of these years until this April I decided to take the Riders Edge Course to see if I could even ride one. After a passing grade, my brother and I went haves on a 2001 Fat Boy with the stipulation that when I was ready for my own bike, he would buy my half and keep the Fat Boy. Being the more responsible older brother never rode whereas my brother defied Moms rule and has been a rider off and on. I rode the Fat Boy till last month when I bought my SESG. I have been riding to it work every day and enjoy the morning commute but the afternoon ride home in 100+ temps is freakin hot. Looking forward to a few upgrades soon, fullsac X-Pipe, 2” baffles, TTS master tune and Freedom Shield.
