Hydraulic lift/table
« on: July 31, 2011, 04:08:02 PM »

Wanna add a hydraulic table to supplement my little Sears rolling lift....any recommendations..?

I see most have both a foot pump and an air capability. I have a big air compressor so that'll be an option, but the foot pump ones are fine too.

I have a Harbor Freight foot pump lift and it works great for me, but I'm not using it as often as some of the guys here.  I did change out the bolts in the table pivots to a know grade 5 bolt and also check over all the welds, which looked great.

I got a lot of flack for buying it to be used on my CVO, but I take care when I life my SERG and take it slow.  I usually have my board track on it locked in one of the higher rod stops to take the load off the cylinder.

You'll get lots of advice here, probably all good because none will recommend the Harbor Freight, although I don't think I'm alone here with one.

Good luck and be safe.
