Trying to find the value of my 2010 Black SE Ultra numbered edition.  I have roughly 5k in extras and the bike has 5,000 miles.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

According to Kelly Blue Book, average trade-in value is $28k.  NADA shows an average retail value of $34k.  Those are for the bike as equipped from the factory.  In case you were thinking the $5k in extras would directly transfer, it's highly unlikely unless you sell directly to a private party who just has to have your bike at any cost.  Dealers won't offer much extra for added equipment.  Your mileage is in line with the norm for the age of the bike so there is no add or subtract for mileage.

Value is a highly subjective thing.  Ask folks who bought a house four years ago for $400k who can't sell right now for $250k.  The exact same bike might sell for significantly different prices depending on location, condition of the local economy, etc.  Get some offers from local dealerships to establish a floor price for your local area.

Take off your extras and sell thru here, or Craigslist, or ebay.  It will be worth your time.

Very true, the dealer wont give you 10 cents on a dollar for extras, its easier to sell a completely stock bike.
pretty much true of private sales as well unless you find a rare individual that loves your bike the way you accessorized it.

If you go to the sell section you will see a member just sold his for 32,500.00 with about the same miles and a tone of extras.
Just thought you would wanna know.

Eagle 13 -- mine has been for sale for over 4 mths -- I have 16k wonderful miles on an awesome bike, but I can't aford it in this economy -- with my miles I'm asking $32k with no takers.  Multiple Dealers won't go higher than $25, and suggest selling it for $29 - $32k.  Truely wish I could just keep it and keep riding, but its been parked so no more miles are run up.
