Knowing this site, somebody either has made a real cool service log or knows of one out there. I know I could through one together in Excel, thought I would ask if somebody has one and wants to share?

Thanks

Here's one I have created.
All you need to do is update klm's with miles.

If you have a smartphone (Android) there is an app called aCar that you can get and set up your maintenance items (which you can set up with time {days/months} or mileage intervals and you can also use it to track MPG's. This app is found in the market on Android phones not sure if it's available for Iphones.

I use Gas Cubby made by fram on the iphone.  Also, if you want a DB I have used Driver's Log, it is no longer supported but works great.
http://www.touringmotorcyclists.com/tech_tips/drivers_log.html
Seems to be the latest version, also found on tucows but looks like a trial version there v2.3, link is v3.19?
It can track gas mileage, tires services, accessories, also lets you scan receipts for services and attach them to the log.  Was designed for Goldwings but works for all my bikes and trucks.
