I have a 2011 FLHXSE2 and put a color matched removable tour pak on it... I also put the LED turn signal lights on it, with this kit....Just to let those know who have my bike configuation, the connectors that come in this kit on the "Y" splitter are not the same as what is on the CVO bike... you will need to make your own splitter....  this may fit the other bikes that come with a tour pak.... but I know first hand that it does not "fit" the CVO Street Glide as "Plug and Play".  I will say however that it is a cool addition.... all the lights come on when you brake, including the center section and then of course each side works as turn signal should....  For me it was worth the time to make a new "Y" splitter for my bike....

Does anyone know if this new kit enables the 4-way flashers? Or is it still limited to the brake light in the center and the turn signals? has anyone tried this kit? It appears designed for the regular tourpak lighting, not the LEDs on the CVO Ultras.

HD is buying the kits from JDO..        No, just stole his good work.

Sorry for being a SA as I am know help to your question but know that many as you would like that feature.  Someone will have to be the guinea pig, doubt if anyone at HD could answer.

That kit won't work with the LED light bar; it's for a non-LED Ultra light bar.  On page 647 of the 2012 P&A catalog the kit is shown in the picture in the original post here, along with a picture of the non-CVO Ultra light bar on an Ultra Trike.

If you look at the picture in the first post, you'll see two blades at the ends of the harness; those blades replace a blade in each corner light socket used on the non-LED Ultra light bar which are not used on the LED light bar.  Each corner light socket has three wires with each wire ending in a blade:  ground, run, and brake.  The brake light wire and blade
in each corner socket is replaced with one from the kit to carry the brake and turn signal circuits.

Apparently, HD continues to incorrectly show this accessory for use on the FLTRUSE.

That's what I thought. They also show it for the CVO Ultra but it's not designed for the LED TP lights. Looks like the only option so far is JDO's setup which works great but doesn't enable 4-way flashers on the TP.

Hmm that might be I'll take the CVO LED out of the header
don't want people to be confused until it can be confirmed

What is JDO's kit? Where can I see one? I tried to search Goggle, but no web site, just links to this forum. I NEED that kit to light the brake and turn signals on the TP any help would be appreciated!
