Finally got to ride today after installing the xpipe and cfrs. the sound is simply awesome. used the tune that steve sent me and runs great.

So does Steve have a TTS map specifically for the CFR's with his x-pipe or is it just a stock map?
I can't imagine that there's any difference between the 2011 & 2012 setups. I don't believe anything was changed on the engine.

I wanted the CFRs in a bad way but I ended up with D&D Fat Cat because of the tuning problems. I still may get a set yet???????
I am liking the Fat Cats

very satisfied with the fullsac xpipe and cfr mufflers, killer sound. may install some torque cones? steve from fullsac is top notch, great support for his product and the tts tuner.

saldana9 did adding the fullsac x pipe reduce the heat felt on the right side caused by the cat? Did the x pipe give a boost in performance over the stock pipe? How did it change the sound level and tone of the pipes?

Interesting  you should ask that!
I noticed a distinct sound difference first ride.
The tone is a little different, hard to describe, but, I like it! Not louder or softer, just "nice"!
JMHO, of course!

just to let you all know the new CFR's are coming out with a torque cone installed in the mufflers. i got a shipment that Cory said we should have monday/tuesday. ill let you know how they perform

What will the torque cone do to the sound? How much (guesstimate) will it cost to add the torque cone to mine that don't have them?

Thanks.

Did you get those new CFR pipes from Cory? I'm curious how they sound/perform/look compared to the original versions.
