Brukus just came out with this new locking system for the removable tour pack. Nice instructional video too.  Has anyone tried it. Looks like a great way to possibly deter a theft and save $2000.  It would at least move them to the next bike.  I have the side bag locks and the seat lock, and they work nice. Will get this new lock too.

As with most locks......made to keep an honest man honest. A security torq and its gone. Still a great aid to prevent spur of the moment thefts which comprise about 85% of them.

TourPack BULLET Secure saves the tourpack -

Here is a testimony given over the phone from a customer:
Received a phone call from a customer in Pennsylvania (North of Philly). He believed someone had tried to steal his TourPack! Fortunately, they were unsuccessful and only succeeded in messing up the security screw on the Brukus TourPack BULLET Secure. We replaced that free of charge and were happy to know our BULLET secured his valuable Tour Pack!

I installed these on my bikes.  Granted it can be taken once somebody gets inside the saddlebags but the way the saddlebags are originally secured they can be removed with a flat-blade screwdriver without having to open them up.  Takes just a few seconds per bag.

I figure somebody will move along to something easier to steal.

Have an example of thieves being caught because one of the bikers had our SaddlebagSecure on!
Happened in Glendale, AZ. 4 bikers were in a restaurant. Customer came in and announced that someone looked to be messing with the Harleys out front. They ran out and sure enough - 3 of the bikes' saddlebags were in the van with the driver and the other 2 thieves were trying to figure out why the saddlebags weren't popping off our customer's bike! So they were CAUGHT AND ARRESTED because our SaddlebagSecure confounded them! And fortunately, in this case, the un-SaddlebagSecured bags were recovered.

I'll just keep paying my insurance every year. See no need for the Brutus stuff, if it is there and they try to steal it they will probably just tear something else up.

Would never want anyone to purchase our products who don't believe in them, even though we are Brukus - not Brutus. But Looking forward to the day when having our products actually reduces the insurance rates. Some day!

Did this upgrade to my bikes years ago....I have the allen wrench in my tool pouch to remove the bags. Just takes a little more time, but, I don't take the bags off that often anyway.
Keeps the honest people honest.
