Torque on exhaust flange bolts

What is the recommended torque to put on nuts that bolt header pipes onto engine. I just usually snug them up with a socket wrench & re-check after getting up to operating temp. But if there is a torque value i would like to know.

The 2009 service manual says 100 - 120 inch pounds.

Upon installation, it is generally a good idea to retorque after each of the first few heat cycles (once everything has returned to ambient temperature)...   :2vrolijk_21:
