Looking at the one in Cumming GA??? There was a 2010 Scarlet Red and Black that sold for $26,500 and had under 5000 miles. Also had pipes tuner and other goodies. Buyers market right now. Personally I would make an offer less than $29,000. If ya gotta have it...go for it! Good luck and God Bless! 
Yeah I saw the red/black one too late. Now that was a good price.
I am looking hard now that my wrecked baby went down the road on a flatbed last week. If I can get it cheap I might buy it back from the salvage co.
Buyers market for sure and since it's getting late in the riding season and model year even more so. Was looking at a nice 2009 guy is asking 28.9 but that is too high considering the 2010 ultras are going for that now. Made my best offer of 27 plus free vaca at luxury private apt in the French Quarter but he says he's got a buyer at his price. To his credit he does have an extended warranty, pipes, detach hardware for tp, plus extra seat, etc.
I love cold weather riding so I may wait till winter to buy. I may get an even better price then. If I am going to spend that kind of change I want newer. Also love the blue/silver 2010 cvo ultra from the pics I have seen.
