Glad you liked your new bike. Are you happy with the coulour and paint finish on the bike?

Waiting for mine to be delivered to the UK. Build date is 20th December. It shoud be getting shipped early January 2012.

Already have many parts for mine sat at home including V&H Pipes, Thundermax Autotuner, different rear lights, curved licence plate, Garmin 660 sat nav and dash mount, and just arrived last week 12" Paul Yaffe bagger bars. Once bike is at dealership and unpacked, it will be straight home and stripped. New parts installed and then hit the road.

This will be in March, as I also work offshore on Construction & Diving barge in Africa. Due home next week so sat looking at the calendar??... Looking forward to getting off here and home.

Africa Al.

A few pcs I took a couple of days ago of my beauty  :jalapeno: :jalapeno:

In these pics the bike has not been commissioned yet. Not even polished. And the shine shines on through.

Who knows, snowing here the other day, but fortunately it did not settle. I'm hanging onto mine for a bit longer incase we get a break in weather, should have gone in last week for some paint mods at 8Ball, but it will be out of action for about 3 weeks  :cucumber:

Hi Peter, have had much chance to ride your new bike yet?   :jalapeno: Not a great time of the year for a new toy, but just think of the fun the New Year holds for you.

Best regards Simon     :cucumber:

Hello,

I've got slate/black SE3 on order and have a few questions for you.  Could you tell me about the windscreen, who makes it, how tall is it, and does it work well?  Also, I noticed you had heat shields on your bike, how are those working?  Anything else you want to share including more pics would be appreciated..

Merry Christmas, Lou

Hi Simon
I've been away working the last few weeks so havent had the chance to ride at all.
But it will happen.
We will get those three Kryptons (Paul1, Plasmadaddy, Fatboy63) and my Black Beauty in that Hindhead tunnel to make a visit to Guildford HD soon.
Have a brilliant Christmas.  :jalapeno: :jalapeno:

Lowrider Lou.  Not totally sure, but if you are looking for a really great windshield, try Windvest.  I just ordered a 9" dark smoke last night.  They have a terrific product.  I have one on my 04 and have always been happy with it.  I've tried them all. Better than Clearview and I did try Freedom.  The Freedom is really too thick where it mounts to the fairing and the protection isn't even close.   The fairing just doesn't seem right because the shield is so thick. The Windvest is the same as stock and the curve at the top is very pronounced. I might try the side protectors another time. I was also told that the wind guard that mounts down under near the tank helps also.  My 04 seems better with the wind.  I'm hoping the Windvest takes care of that.   :2vrolijk_21:
