Good news! I now have a rear AUX input connector in my HK.

BAD News. My technician cut too deep into the circuit board following the directions on another thread in this forum. Now my left AUX channel does not work.  (I can hear both channels when I plug a set of stereo headphones into the front AUX jack).

I need help on where to place a jumper, on top of the circuit board, to bridge this cut. I am sure that the jumper can be soldered to the side of a capacitor or resistor and the left AUX input to bridge this mistake. Anyone know where to place the jumper? Your kindness would be greatly appreciated.

If you can hear both channels using the front Aux jack then the problem is not with cutting the trace to deep. I would have the person who did the soldering check the solder connections and the wire, you may have a bad wire in the cable or you may have a bad rear Aux jack. If the front jack works the rear should work unless the cable that was used is bad or you have a bad solder connection. If the trace was cut to deep the front jack would not work on both channels.
