Good decision, JR...I know you loved the 'Nanna, but knowing it's going to a good home makes it a little easier to swallow.  Once you get some miles in the saddle, you'll never look back.  Beautiful bike!! :2vrolijk_21: :bananarock:

Congrats on the new scooter. Patience can be a good thing, or so I've been told. I'll be interested in your take on comparing the old to the new. I ride the old frame and new all the time but would like to hear your take.

All I can say is WOW!!! The other day I just drove down the street and back but today after signing everything I put on about 100 miles and what a noticeable difference! Had to get it back to the dealer before 4:00 PM when they close. Drove my truck up there cause my sweet Debbie was watching our grandson. Didn't want to stop riding! ;D Can't wait to get the Fullsac X pipe and 2" baffles. Probably try to get up there tomorrow to ride it before I go out of town to work next week. Told Tommy (11hd110) that I wish I could blow off work and go to MV! :2vrolijk_21: Noticeable difference with Antilock brakes and handling! It was amazing. I will miss my SEEG but so far ride is an improvement. Really didn't notice any heat on right thigh but maybe I was too excited to notice. Sits taller than SEEG. Still can plant both feet on ground but coming to a stop a couple times I forgot about it! :D Wonderful day and thanks to everyone for sharing your comments as I was considering. I'm stung!!! Is it a yellow jacket or bumble bee??? Don't matter, it feels good! :2vrolijk_21:

JR,

 Congratulations on your new motorcycle!

I understand exactly how hard is to part with to part with an '05 Banana, been there and done that.

My appreciation for SEEG's lead me back to the 2004 Huckleberry when the right deal came along even though I didn't need a second bike.

Ride safe and enjoy the modding!

Thanks buddy! :2vrolijk_21:

Yellow Jackets are meaner and faster than Bumblebees, and the Yellow Jacket is my high school mascot...I vote for Yellow Jacket.   :2vrolijk_21:

Glad you're enjoying the new ride, JR.

Congrats on the new ride JR. I've had my eye on the same model. It would be more fitting to me than my current bike since I am a Georgia Tech alumni, I've caught some grief about my red and black '07 (UGA colors) from some of my buds. Ride safe.

Oh maaaannnnnn! :-\ Been off for three weeks with my surgery and was suppose to go back week following MV. Then I got call from workmans comp that Doc said I can go back a week early if on lite duty. Lo and behold, I started back today. Wish I could join ya but that's out now for me. I'm sure there are many in MV that are glad your sons surgery was postponed. I will be praying for yours and everyones safety making this trip. Also will be praying for your son. Miss seeing ya Paul! Ride safe and God Bless!

Thanks TinSpinner! :2vrolijk_21: I believe it may be time for you to take the plunge. One of the things that someone told me on weighing my decision was "How long will it be before another Yeloow comes along". Just something to think about!  :nixweiss:

I didn't know how much I liked the Huckleberry until I laid eyes on it in person. I could see going after one down the road too!  :2vrolijk_21:

For me and coming off my nana it was noticeable difference I wasn't expecting. :2vrolijk_21:

I like that Terry...Yellow Jacket! That's the ticket! Thanks! :2vrolijk_21:
