Has anyone experienced a knocking noise from the Throttle Body..looks like its coming from the Butterfly. Occurs at idle and low revs. 
FLHXSE2 with V&H Hi Output Mufflers, Khrome Werks Headers and T-Max.

i've heard it on several bikes. no idea what the root cause is.

Will Do...this occurred when the Mufflers where fitted, changed T-Max base maps a couple of time still there. I've heard it once before 103" cam timing wrong!!

mine does it and it drives me nuts.sounds terrible.i have the high flow breather.and the intake is bored from horsepower inc.

Turns out that the noise is coming from the Throttle Body Butterfly Shaft......where the Shaft enters the Motor* of the T/Body there's to much play. Looks like the T/Body's getting replaced under warranty...waiting for the States to authorise but the HD Aussie Dealer said there won't be a problem.
Off on a road trip 2morrow so won't be resolved for a good month +. Will be very interesting to see if new T/Body eliminates noise...10,000 klm no noise, add V&H Hi Output Mufflers MAGIC....noise appears.   

* Motor....think its called the Servo, its the motor in T/Body that operates the Butterfly...hope this makes sense.
