Hi everyone, can anybody tell me how to find out what number my CVO rolled off the assy. Line?   Thanx!

Mine was wrote on the inside of the fairing, on the inside of saddlebags and the side covers. Will be a number in white usually. Mine is a 2011 SESG, #321.

When I got my bike this is what I too wanted to know. I found this number inside the faring. I also found the same number on the front and rear tires. I thought that this was the number of the bike off the assembly line. In a way it is but for that WEEK only. It is not the number of the final total. So it is NOT #349 of #3500. It is just number #349 for the week. The next week they will produce another #349 and so on. I confirmed this with a Harley Rep. in Milwaukee. There is a link with all this information somewhere if you search for it.

Unless it's a limited numbered edition (painted on the tank; note that there are not may of these models), Harley doesn't track that and you will therefore not be able to find out.  The post above explains what the numbers you may find actually mean.

I got a 2011 SE Road Glide Ultra charcoal/slate and on the inside of my lowers and inside my tour pak it has a sticker
4/271  so I am guessing mine was #4 out of 271.

I wouldn't count on it.  I'm sure they produced more than 271 of that bike.  Now it may have been #4 of the 271 bikes on the schedule to be produced that week.  CVO's run through the same assembly line as all the other bikes now.  I can't imagine they number every stock FLHX that comes down the line, so why would they number the CVO bikes.

Heck no it doesn't matter.  But based on the learning curve, I would rather not have the first one off the line.

Sound sense here.
So by mine being put together in the first week of October 2011 it means that it will be perfectly constructed as the workforce will have had plenty of practise since July to get things right. (OK I can dream a little can i not  )
