I guess that would depend on whether you have some billet laying around and the the machines to work it.

My guess is that getting what you  make chromed will then be another $100 anyway.

True.

I went ahead and called to ordered the fork mounted 2" spotlights in the revolver finish. Mounts and all.

Can't wait! Matches the tips of the mufflers.

Only showed the photos as I was installing them... electrical is still pending. ;)  I will do the connection this weekend.  Should be easy as pie.

I have to say, kudos to Joel @ Headwinds.  I was dead set of some MotoLights but could not get over their finish... Headwinds finish on these lights is simply awesome.   :2vrolijk_21:

on my 2011 CVO. I had to change the plastic ends on the plugs. I just use the ones off the old lights.

And what did you say when you saw the 37K price on an ultra?  :nixweiss:

Probably, "sure glad this bike has everything and I won't have to spend more to complete it."

correct

Thank you!  I am so glad I came across your thread.  In a couple of months I will send for the same Spotlight-Turn signal setup you have (minus the visor option since I went with no visor on the caliper mounted spot lights).  It just looks so cool and matches the tips of the stock mufflers as a bonus.   :2vrolijk_21:

I know I said it before, but these spotlights from Headwinds look sooo much nicer than the Motolights I was about to buy.

Finally started to install the spot lights.

The wires come cover with what looks like heat shrink tubing, going to replace that with braided sleeving (Techflex Clean Cut™ FR Expandable Braided Sleeving, Black, Flame Retardant) to make justice to the quality of those spotlights. Braided sleeving still not installed when I took these photos... will take and share a few more when it is finished.

I hope you do not see this as a  :jack:  :)  Since it is about Headwinds spotlights...

Doing the electric connection now.  I just finished covering the wires with the braided sleeving.
