Hey JR, saving for a new seat, probably be spring before I get new lights. I am kind of torn between the HD Black LED's and the Kuryakn/Trucklite LED's. I really like the Black ones like yours and hope they would look that good on my bike. I guess the real problem is the difference in price between the two since from what I have read, I think they are pretty close performance wise. Another thing I have been trying to decide on is the trim rings. I've always liked the visor style like you installed on yours, I had them on my old Road King. I saw Kuryakn now has the trim with the light ring around it for the aux. lights and of course the headlight. I did not like them at first but they are growing on me. So from a daytime safety standpoint I have been thinking of using the lighted rings on all three lights. How do you think that would look? I want the Harley Black LED's but the smart side of me says the cheaper Kuryakn's may work just as well. Sorry to confuse you just typed Black LED's in the post so I could find the pics of your bike easier.

Hey Arland! Thanks for explaining the "Black LED's", I understand now. Reading your post I understand your decision on hand. Ultrafxr has the Kuryakyn lights on his 07 Ultra and he loves them. I saw them in person and they look good too in my opinion. Looked at the lighted trim ring and I like it! My thoughts were too bad you couldn't use the trim rings I have on my scoot with the Kuryakyn. Oh well, can't have everything. Considering the cost comparisons with HD LED's, it's a no brainer. It was easier for me to decide because I had $2,000 in chrome cash from my Harley visa card. I used it to get most of what I wanted. Then the money I saved on my extended warranty I convinced myself it was meant to be for my Fullsac goodies! If you get the Kuryakyn LED's and don't like the looks...there is always Ebay! I will be praying for your decision buddy, God Bless ya man!

As always, you've managed to transform your bike into a work of art!!     You have a knack for adding just the right amount of bling to bring everything together.  And those black LED lights look wicked on your Yellow Jacket!!!  So when does it go in to make the "100 Club".  Won't take much for the 110 to get there, just a new set of cams and you're there.

You (Red)Devil you!!! Almost had me dialing the phone number to get those cams!!! . Actually with the Fullsac goodies I am pretty happy with the way it is running. When I got the Yellow Jacket I said I won't go overboard like I did with my Nana. I did want to put my signature on it and I am bout done for now. Cams may come after the New Year and then again might not. Not sure I wanna give a dealer a reason to mess with me should a problem arise down the road. After all these 110's are not as reliable as my 103 Stroker was in the Nana.

The other day while surfing ebay or someplace (can't remember where) I thought I ran across a kit for a strip of LED's that you could add to a headlight or wherever you wanted. You could cut the strip after every third light. Will look some more Sat. after work. I have plenty of time to decide, who knows may save up for the HD Black ones. I knew some of the guys had the Kuryakn's and loved them. Maybe this spring or summer we can hook up and ride a little. If you come this way let me know. Arland

I don't think I would put anything on mine unless it was built into the trim ring or headlamp assembly. I wouldn't like anything sticking on it that didn't look like it was suppose to be there. Those peal and stick strips may not look so bad when LED's are on but would stand out with them off, unless they were behind a lense or trim ring. Just thinking out loud and just my opinion and we all know about opinions, there just like...well, everyone has one!

God willing we will hook up this upcoming year. I would love to ride in your neck of the woods! Bless ya buddy!

Thanks Terry! Deb is about 5'4" and likes where the floor boards are now. I will swap them and then swap the floor boards...no big deal! Right now I don't have a big problem with it as long as I rember she's back there and there down! I'm 6' and just be sure to spread my stance a little more. Thanks again!

That's important any time you're riding two up.....wether you're 5' or 6'4".  I've had a bruise on the back of my calf more than once from passenger floorboards.  The up side is I never have dropped it because I was running over myself.

I don't know how I missed this thread JR but man......when you do it......you really do it.  We must have went to the same school.....where we learned half measures avail us nothing.   Brother, if you're going to do it......go all the way with it.  We'll worry about the consequences later.

Seriously.....all jokin aside....it looks very nice JR!    Wait till you get the Fullsac set up on there.......it'll feel like a brand new bike all over again.

I have added a few more goodies since I last posted this thread and will try to snap some pics later. Been working out of town during the week and hadn't had much time to do so. I really love the outcome of my Yellow Jacket and love the sound of the fullsac headers and 2" baffles. TTS was a great improvement with the throttle response and power. For now I am satisfied with the performance. Hope you and Terrie are doing well and have a wonderful Christmas! Love ya man, God Bless!
