These buildings are nice but they turn into a blazing furnace in the summer. A friend of mine has one (60 x 90) and had it sprayed with some sort of instillation bringing down the inside temps about 80 degrees.  He said it cost him more to have it insulated then the building did but still a lot less then conventuals wood framed building all together.  If I ever get the land to build on, one of these will be on my priority list   :2vrolijk_21:

My buddy built a 90 x 60 building similiar to this...  Two story over about a third of it.  He studded it out, spray foamed it and drywalled it...  Then he installed a propane furnace for heating and installed air conditioning... It's comfortable year round!  He poured his own foundation and built it all himself, so he was able to contain the cost quite a bit.  I think he's got around $50K in it all together...

Dear Sir!  What Steel company is the manufacture for the " Man Shack"? It is just what I have been looking for and just haven't been able to put my trust or dollars out to a steel company yet.

Nice shop. Once my last kid is out of school I'm going to sell the house in the city and get some land to build me a shop on. Seeing what you guys have done really gives some good ideas.
