Should be req'd. to do either weekends in county lock-up and/or coummunity service....something other than just 'talk'.  Might turn 'em around before someone gets hurt.  spyder

Unfortunately, any parent-figure who attempted to give these little snotnoses what they DESERVE - a whipping - would themselves be locked up for child abuse... And we wonder why there are so many JDs running around these days...
