BTW....As far as I know these baffles never came on from the factory.  When I got my first bagger (which I bought it used from the original owner who installed the baffle) I ntoiced that none of the new bikes I saw on the floor had one on. Friends that purchased new baggers had them installed afterward.

One came on my 99 FLHT if my memory serves me correctly.

Dealer must have put it on. The person I bought my 95 FLHT from in 1999 bought a 99 Ultra and bought one the day he picked the bike up.

Forgot to pull the chrome one off my 95 FLHT...and forgot I had a new black one in a box in the garage. That black one is on my CVO and will soon be swapped out with a chrome baffle. So I'll have a spare black one shortly.

until 1999 or 2000 they did (in black).

So the engine heat argument is 100% bs, the tc 88 in those days had no heat problem.

I put one on my 01 RKC and it did help keeping the updraft off of you. Was really nice in cold and wet weather. Noticed that the FLHXSE doesn't have one but I will be fixing that soon. I will say one thing about them, they are bug killers. I used to be amazed at the bug carage I would wash off of that little piece of chrome.  ;D

Looks good Jr.  Like Chip I have put them on every bike I bought that did not have one.  If MOCO left it off it was for one reason, to get us to buy them so they could earn more money.

They got my $25 yesterday... gotta keep up with the Joneses on here! We are riding the Cherohala Skyway on Saturday, so that will be a good test of how much it changes the airflow. I like the looks of it even if it doesn't change the airflow much!
