Well JC it appeared that you had a good time until that moment and I am saddened to read of the result...I trust the law of averages are in your favor as Dave point out and this one will be at a minimum.

Haven't had a ticket in a few years, so I'm elegible for driving school.  In Calif. when you get a ticket you can go to driving school (you're elegible once every 18 months) and complete it and the ticket is dismissed.  I can do the driving school on line in a couple of hours. :2vrolijk_21:

I do believe you still have to pay the fine and pay extra for the driving school, it just doesn't go on your record. Don't ask how I know  :(

Hey guys I must say that I had a great time visiting on the west coast, just wish I had more time. JC and Terri were perfect hosts and everything was great, well except for renting a bike, windshield in the way and no highway pegs. I normally can keep up but I'm sure JC and Terri felt like they were dragging me. Couldn't get the feel for the bike and I left my glasses at JC's and couldn't see very well. Did a lot of sightseeing with JC and rode some great roads on Sat going to the logging festival. that afternoon I broke off and rode up around the west side of Tahoe and spent the night in some sleeply little town. Sunday am up an at it. up to Golden Gate bridge and back accross town to Dudley Perkins HD to turn the bike. 556 miles on this rented mule in a day and a half of riding was enough for me. Had a great time with the best of hosts and JC thanks for sending my glasses back. Maybe I can repay the favor if you guys come this way. Some bike folks really are great people. Thanks guys!!
Now if I can get the red X's to go away so II can see the pictures!
