I've got the wheeldock CS on my '09 SE Ultra,  I find it a little awkward to get it up on the stand and cannot get it down off the stand without cranking the bike and dropping it in gear..............with two up,  this results in minimal wheel spin........just me and I'll lay some rubber down.

Bad results after putting it up on the stand in my garage as the floor is painted.  I now have a rubber burnout mark down thru the paint.   Speed bumps can and will scrape the stand.

Installed mine. Very well built, stable. VERY TRICKY TO USE WHEN ON THE BIKE. There is a learning curve. Use your kick stand while you learn how to deploy it. I dropped the bike once!! Other way to do it, drop your kick stand , get off the bike and deploy the center stand from the left side. Safer , perhaps easier. My 0.02

Once you get the hang of it is real easy when on your bike,  I always make sure my kickstand is down, and most important once you have it up,  Kick it into gear.  I learned the hard way at a gas station that had a Very slight forward incline.

   Difficult to see what all the fuse is about. Purchased the stock EZ, took a little while to install to get it into the grove, but very easy 10-15min job, just one bolt!.  Mounting as previous notes, need to get used to it, I find it easier to use whilst on the bike, little effort needed, never bothered to put out the side stand first but no harm I guess. To get off, either push without engine running, very esy to do, or start engine and engage 1st gear. I use this if riding 2 up, so easy. AND you DON't have to wheel spin, can't understand why a previous user has tyre marks in his garage, I don't and its painted too.
I also agree with a previous note, put in gear if on a slight incline otherwise it will slide. But no problem with this new setup as you are unable to start the engine if in gear. Get one, you will find it very worth while, so much easier to clean the bike and access the left storage box.

One thing I have done which does help accessing the lever.
The passenger foot rests are too far forward, hit my legs when standing and does hide the stand lever. I have swaped out the rear foot boards put left on right side and vice versa. (Just the brackets, as you need to keep the boards on same sides to maintain pattern with front boards) This moved the rear boards back 2" and better height adjustment for her indoors. But is also gives better access to the centre stand lever.

Dont know about that one but the HD stand is like teetsonabull with the factory exhaust configuration....dont ask....

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy the HD center stand...      Man, I made a 300.00 mistake going with that HD center stand...  

Just a few comments on the HD nd, if in the garage, with the tiles, there is no frigging way that I can put the stand while sitting on the bike... I just can't do it. Very difficult to get my boot in there, and darn thing slips as I try to push it back... plus 5'7" does not help to push this 800lbs gorilla back!  I also forgot to read the fine print on the center stand. The stand can't touch the exhaust... in my case it was touching the exhaust, the pipe that crosses over to the left muffler.





Anyway, when I extended the two plates out to avoid the stand touching the exhaust (the one touching is the left side, if sitting on bike), it makes the stand lift the rear wheel off the floor... remember I am 5'7" that means that if I could not do it with the footpads shorter I have no way in h* to put that friggin thing down with the footpads 2 inches longer!! ^$%$%%$#








Other than that, it works great!    Oh, and that last photo of the bike with the stand in place, do not be fooled... I had to raise the bike with the jack, lower the stand in place and then lower the jack... whoopee doo!

Micer...   The weight distribution on your bike may make the difference or more likely your own body weight is likely what makes it so easy for you.

I'm about 6'2",  but a skinny 160-165 pounds and I cannot get it down without running the engine in first gear.........thus laying the rubber as stated and/or burning the paint in my garage.

Now around 45 years ago,  with the center stand on my 'ol '63 Triumph TR6,  no problems using that center stand at all.

Just a suggestion, and I may be way off base here, but try turning the feet around (if possible) and see if that helps. Looking at your photos, it looks like the bent edge should face forward to make it easier to rock the bike up onto the stand.

You may have already tried that and I may be way off, but it's just a suggestion.

The wheeldock is a great product! Since it is not adjustable it has to fit perfectly. I ordered one for the lowered FLHRSEI2 and it was to short. I had installed a 140 tire and Ricors in the front and the bike was enough taller that it was not stable. I called Wheeldock and told them I screwed up. They told me how to measure for correct height and had me return the stand and they sent the correct height. What great customer service! The center stand is my favorite mod.

That's what I thought too, just turn the feet around 180°.  But then I checked the official Harley installation sheet and sure enough they specifically say to do it the way he has them in the photo.

Of course, I would never assume that just because the clowns in Milwaukee say to do something a particular way that they are in fact correct.

wachuko, it looks like what you need to make that stand work is some sort of stop to keep the stand from folding up so far that it contacts the exhaust.  Take a look at where the operating arm  comes close to the frame rail and see if adding a rubber bumper as a stop wouldn't hold the stand legs down far enough to clear the pipe without adjusting them out like that.  btw, are you sure the one you got was designed for the '09 and later frame?

Ha! I just installed a FuelMoto headpipe to get rid of the cat man! Not changing anything else in the exhaust (well...maybe some Fullsac 2" inserts down the road)

Jussayin,  I loved the HD centerstand when I had  2-1 pipe on...I cant even get my big toe on the damn thing now...whoda thunk modifying a center stand...grinder, check, welder, check, rattle can Webber grill paint, check...ambition...not so much...
