What is the stock HP and what should I get with the Fullsac X pipe, 2 inch baffles and the Mastertuner?

Stock numbers for a CVO110 are somewhere around 80 hp and 95 ft-lb of torque at the rear wheel.

Most have done the X-pipe, baffles, Mastertune, plus cams.

From what I've seen with the Feuling 574 cams and the above, 105-110 HP and 110-117 Torque seems to be the norm.

Do you think 97 HP is possible without the cams?

May be hard to achieve, depending on dyno, conditions, etc, etc. IMHO
Enclosed a chart from a couple years ago.

Maybe on a happy dyno with no SAE correction factor and a few operator tricks, but highly unlikely otherwise.  Don't get caught up in chasing claimed dyno numbers.  Having a bogus chart hanging on the garage wall that shows 5 or 10 more horses than you really have isn't going to make the bike run any better in the real world.  And picking up 17 horsepower with nothing more than a pipe change is stretching credibility to the max, IMHO.

Here is just that with the stock cam:
In the owners words he describes his changes. This bike has a EU cat head pipe mind you.

"More Information:
In stage 1 form this bike produced 102 hp and 119 ftlbs, with SuperTrapp Fatshots.

Stage 2 with TW7H the bike produced 108hp and 119 ftlbs.
Stage 1 and stage 2 curves crossed at 4000rpm. What we gained above 4000, was lost below 4000 rpm
The torque curve was just moved to the right 500rpm (and therefor gained a little horsepower).

Now with reworked 110ci deweyheads and se50mm tb, the stage 1 curve is moved up between 6 and 10ftlbs.
It's hard to beat a SE255 in a 110ci."

I would agree especially with a not so hot pipe.

Hog mike,

Is this dyno graph showing a stock motor and then the Fullsac stage 1 with no other modifications?

Thanks, E.C.

My 2010 SE Ultra 110" as it came from the factory (everything stock including the exhaust) was 77hp and 100ftlbs. Here's the dyno with factory map and everything stock.

Yep...that's how they come from the factory. Shouldn't be a surprise that nearly every 110" bike coming off the assembly line can benefit from tuning, even if no other mods are added.

This is what my builder gets with a 2 into 1 pipe, ported heads and Wood's TW-7H cams. Will be into this come winter time.

To tell you the truth I'm not sure what year of 110 this sheet is from, it was attached to my quote as to what I can expect and what JARZ have been obtaining, it is a kit they've worked on specific for the 110 CVO. Below are the pieces that make up the kit I'm looking at, just have to determine what exhaust to go with, Fullsac X pipe, 2-1 with a dummy pipe, I'm not sure, I'll have to decide.

Includes: chain drive cams,Feuling lifters,SE pushrods,Baisley pump spring and check valve, full port job with viton seals, compression adjusted and custom mapped on our dyno.We also have a JE 20degree reverse dome piston by Axtell sales that can be added to the kit.
